Phil Benes is a seasoned professional in product development with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope since June 2011, Phil has been instrumental in transforming the company into a market leader by developing numerous products from conception to market launch. Prior to this role, Phil worked at Major Industries, Inc. as a Lead Product Development Engineer and Technical Specialist, providing crucial technical product support and collaborating with various teams to mitigate field issues. Additionally, experience includes a position as a Product Development Engineer at Greenheck Fan Corporation, where Phil led the implementation of the SAP business system for the indoor air handling division. Early career experience includes an engineering internship at Oshkosh Corporation, focusing on defense product development. Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanics - Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
