Richard has held various positions at companies such as Kawneer Company, YKK AP America Inc., and Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. Currently, at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, Richard holds the position of VP Research & Development. Moreover, Richard has been serving as Adjunct Faculty at Georgia Institute of Technology since May 1995.
