Enrico Panero has a strong background in the culinary industry, starting with roles as a Junior Sous Chef and Junior Chef at Eataly. Enrico progressed to positions as Executive Chef, and eventually served as Corporate Executive Chef, overseeing the restaurant operations and development at Eataly. Panero also gained experience at Ristorante Guido as a cook and completed stages at IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA S.R.L. and Pinocchio Restaurant.
