Dan Stover

Dan Stover is the President of Americas Materials, the number one producer of asphalt and construction services in North America, and the number two producer of aggregates and concrete. Dan leads a family of companies across 46 states and six provinces with more than 27,400 employees and 1,475 locations. Dan joined CRH in the Americas in 1999 through the acquisition of Thompson McCully, the leading asphalt and aggregate supplier in Michigan at the time. He then held positions of increasing responsibility, including President of our Michigan businesses (2008), President of PJ Keating and simultaneously Tilcon Connecticut (2011). He went on to lead our businesses in New York, New Jersey and New England as President of Northeast Division (2014-2015) before his most recent role as North Division President (2016-2020) where he led our businesses in the Northeast quadrant of the United States as well as our businesses in Ontario and Quebec, Canada. Dan is actively involved in our industry and serves on the Board of Directors of the US National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan (Ross) in Ann Arbor, MI, a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI and is a professional engineer.
