Amy Arendt

Amy Arendt has extensive work experience in the IT field. Amy is currently the IT Director, Business Solutions at Oldcastle Infrastructure, where they are responsible for the application ecosystem and ERP strategy for the company. Prior to this, they worked at WestRock Company as the Director of JDE & Enterprise Systems, where they led the team responsible for supporting the JDEdwards EnterpriseOne platform and other software. Amy also worked at RockTenn as the Manager of Enterprise Systems, overseeing a major JDE application upgrade release. Before that, they were the Enterprise Applications Lead at International Paper, where they managed a functional analyst and support team during an acquisition and led teams through divestiture. Amy had also worked at Temple-Inland, first as a Business Solution Developer, then as a Procurement System Analyst, and finally as a COBOL Programmer/Analyst. Amy started their career with internships in HR and Accounting at Temple-Inland Forest Products.

Amy Arendt received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in 1999. Amy later obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems from the same institution in the year 2000. In 2001, Amy Arendt also became a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
