Andrew Porto

Andrew Porto currently serves as Senior Manager of HRIS at Oldcastle Infrastructure since October 2021. Previously, Andrew held the position of Manager of Terex HRIS from 2007 to October 2021, where significant HRIS initiatives were implemented to enhance service and data accuracy, including the management of a high-performing team and the development of scorecards and workshops. Prior to Terex, Andrew was the Human Resource Implementation Manager at KBace Technologies, specializing in Oracle implementations, and also held the same title at Oracle Corporation after progressing from Conversion Developer. Andrew began a career in IT consulting as a Senior Consultant at Keane. An alumnus of Southern Connecticut State University, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
