Reggie Polk

Reggie Polk has extensive experience in plant management and operations within the lawn and garden industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Oldcastle Lawn & Garden, Inc. since July 2019. Prior to this role, Reggie held multiple plant management positions at Oldcastle, Waupaca Northwoods, and Capital Lawn & Garden, overseeing various production facilities. Beginning a career in 1980 as a Production Leadman at Farmland Chemical, Reggie advanced through roles at Miller Material, Midwest Block & Brick, and Nestle, acquiring a broad skill set in operations management. Reggie holds a certificate as a Retort Specialist from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a diploma in Auto Body Mechanics from Hillyard Technical School, coupled with a strong foundation in general studies from Benton High School.
