Cagla Dere

Cagla Dere is the Head of Digital Banking, Business Development, and Product Strategy at Oldenburgische Landesbank AG. Prior to this, Cagla held positions at Digital Charging Solutions and Garanti BBVA, where Cagla focused on retail mass marketing, data analysis, and product management. Cagla also has experience in internal auditing and tax. Dere holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's degree in Management and Technology.
