Caroline Spintzyk

Caroline Spintzyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as Sr. HR Manager for Learning & Development at Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG since December 2022. With a diverse background as a Freelance International Coach, Consultant, and Trainer since April 2007, Caroline has also held significant roles including Global Training Coordinator and Training Specialist at MDS Pharma Services Central Lab. Earlier, Caroline served as Project Manager at Clinserve GmbH and as Secretary/Assistant to the General Manager at AFB Clinlab GmbH. Caroline holds a BA in German from Rutgers University and a certification in Training from the University of Hamburg.
