Barbara J. Digangi Kelly

Barbara J. DiGangi Kelly MSW is an experienced professional in social work with a focus on older adult services. Currently serving as Director of External Relations and Director of Program Development at Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) from AARP since October 2007, Barbara has developed extensive expertise in program management and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Services Project Director at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens from July 1996 to January 2007. Barbara holds both a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Adelphi University.
