Julia Breskin

Julia Breskin is a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer experience, education, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) from AARP, Julia focuses on delivering human-centered, mission-driven experiences. Prior roles include Business Development Intern at Gallagher & Associates, LLC, and various positions at Sidwell Friends School, including Donor Coordinator and Engagement and Giving Coordinator. Julia also has experience as an Educator for the White House Historical Association, Assistant Site Director for the Union for Reform Judaism's Mitzvah Corps Summer Program, and as a Curatorial Assistant at the Gatewood Gallery. Julia holds an MBA and an MA in Design Leadership from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, and a BS in Community and Justice Studies from Guilford College.
