Nicole Alcime, MPA, currently serves as the Manager of Virtual Program Experiences at Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) from AARP since October 2022. With extensive experience in social services for vulnerable populations, Nicole has held key positions including Program Director and Assistant Program Director at Goddard Riverside, where oversight of clinical services for chronically homeless individuals was a primary responsibility. Nicole holds a Master of Public Administration with Distinction and an Advanced Certificate in Not-For-Profit Management from LIU Brooklyn, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. John’s University.
