Kim A. Maxwell is an experienced attorney currently practicing at OLDER LUNDY ALVAREZ & KOCH since June 2017. Earlier professional experience includes positions as a Law Clerk and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern at Gulfcoast Legal Services, Inc., as well as a State Litigation Intern at the Florida Office of the Attorney General and a Circuit Court Trial Intern at the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Kim began a legal career with an internship in the Domestic Violence Division at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame, a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University.
