Marshall Deason

Marshall Deason is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and commercial law. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Older, Lundy & Alvarez since May 2015, Marshall Deason also contributes to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law, teaching Florida Real Estate Law. Previously, Marshall Deason practiced as a board-certified real estate lawyer at Tampa Bay Business Law, LLP from April 2010 to May 2015, representing businesses and individuals in various real estate transactions and business formations. Marshall Deason held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Cheezem Development Corporation from February 1979 to October 1981, leading a legal department for a publicly held real estate development firm. Earlier in the career, Marshall Deason served as an Attorney Advisor at HUD from 1972 to 1974, assisting in the drafting of significant regulations related to land sales and real estate procedures. Educational credentials include a J.D., cum laude from Samford University and a B.A. in History from Denison University.
