Brian Brantley

Brian Brantley currently serves as General Counsel and Head of Government Affairs, as well as General Counsel and Head of ESG at VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC, since December 2022. Previously, Brian held the position of Executive Vice President at SEAONE HOLDINGS, LLC from April 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included directing finance, legal, and government relations functions, and served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, managing legal strategy for projects exceeding $3 billion in energy infrastructure. Earlier experience includes tenure as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Oiltanking North America, overseeing legal matters for a $6 billion, NYSE-listed company. Brian's legal career began at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Vinson & Elkins, focusing on leveraged finance, M&A, and corporate finance. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from Washington and Lee University.
