Jeremy Richmond

Jeremy Richmond, CCIM has a diverse and extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Jeremy began their career as an Analyst at ORIX in 2004, before working as an Associate at Avail Consulting in 2005. At Avail, they provided valuation and consulting services for a range of commercial real estate projects. In 2006, Jeremy joined CBRE as an Account Executive, where they led the marketing and disposition of various properties owned by national restaurant companies, energy corporations, and REO bank properties. Jeremy'srole also involved complex underwriting and cash flow modeling. In 2012, they transitioned to Jones Lang LaSalle as an Account Manager. Currently, Jeremy serves as the Managing Director at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC, a position they have held since January 2017. Prior to this, they also had a role as Vice President at the same company.

Jeremy Richmond, CCIM has a Master's degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University, which they obtained in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University in 2002. Jeremy also holds the CCIM certification from the CCIM Institute.
