Melanie Phillips has extensive experience in administrative and management roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President & COO at Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC since August 2015, while also overseeing Operations and Facilities Management. Previous positions include Director of Properties and Manager at Global Event Group, Personal Assistant at Paull Allergy and Asthma, and Executive Director at Habitat for Humanity - B/CS. Melanie has also held managerial roles at Thompson, Derrig & Craig, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and J. Eisch & Associates, as well as served as Assistant Controller at Aslan Real Estate, focusing on construction and development of multifamily low-income housing complexes. Melanie holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from The University of Texas at Dallas.
