Aaron Brooking

Aaron Brooking is an experienced operations manager with a focus on new store openings at Ole & Steen since February 2021. Previously, Aaron held the position of general manager at Mother Restaurant from September 2020 to February 2021, and at Strada Restaurants from February 2016 to January 2019. Additional experience includes serving as general manager at HANDMADE PUBS LIMITED from January 2014 to March 2016, and at JD Wetherspoon from January 2000 to January 2012.
