Hsien Min Toh

Hsien Min Toh is the Chief Risk Officer at Olea since December 2021, overseeing a digitised trade finance platform that connects businesses needing supply chain financing with investors. Additionally, Hsien Min serves as a Non-Executive Director at Sing Lit Station, a charity focused on the literary arts in Singapore, since August 2018. Previously, Hsien Min held various positions at Standard Chartered Bank from October 2005 to March 2022, including Chief Risk Officer for SC Ventures, where contributions were made to building Olea, and Executive Director of Digital Channels and Data Analytics, leading teams in AI and machine learning solutions. Hsien Min has a robust background in quantitative risk analytics, having led global projects in credit risk analytics. Hsien Min holds a BA and MSt. in English from the University of Oxford.
