Chandan Gupta

Chandan Gupta is an experienced professional in marketing and corporate affairs, currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Corporate Affairs at Olectra Greentech Limited since February 2021, focusing on electric buses and trucks. Responsibilities include protecting the brand from external threats through market intelligence and stakeholder engagement, successfully securing over Rs600 crore FAME subsidy for 800 electric buses within two years. Previously held the position of VP-Group Corp Affairs & Policy Advocacy at Vishwa Samudra Holdings, where efforts centered around brand promotion and policy advocacy. Chandan's extensive background also includes a tenure at Toyota Motor Corporation, advocating for hybrid and fuel cell vehicles, and managing marketing for passenger cars, alongside experience at Mahindra Defence Systems Limited and Hero MotoCorp Ltd. Chandan holds a PGDBM in Marketing & IT from FORE School of Management and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University.
