Susanna Barratt

Susanna Barratt is an experienced professional in the field of oncology and drug discovery, currently serving as Director at Olema Oncology since December 2020, overseeing the research biology team and leading projects in lead optimization and IND enabling strategies. Susanna has held multiple roles including Associate Director and Principal Scientist, focusing on discovery biology and the development of automated high-throughput screening platforms for women's cancer treatments. Previous experience includes significant positions at BenevolentAI and Proximagen, where Susanna specialized in in vitro safety and toxicology, project management, and DMPK analysis. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Pharmacology from Newcastle University.
