Kevin Morgenstern possesses extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions at Olen Properties since February 2018. Previously held various leadership roles within Olen Properties, including Vice President of Acquisitions, Director of Asset Management, and Director of Special Projects. Prior experience includes a role as Producer at Bisnow and Account Executive at CoStar Group. Early in the career, Kevin Morgenstern completed a summer internship at Cushman & Wakefield. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management, Business Administration, and Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington.
