Lauren Williams is currently working as a Preschool Intervention Specialist at Olentangy Local Schools. Prior to this, Lauren held the same position at Westerville City Schools. Lauren also worked as a Teaching Assistant at KinderCare and gained experience as a Student Teacher at Bowling Green State University. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Education from Bowling Green State University.
