Dirk van Den Bergh

Dirk Van Den Bergh is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and industrial engineering, with a master’s degree in electricity from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool. Dirk served as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator and Black Belt at Oleon from January 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating DMAIC projects and fostering a continuous improvement culture. During an interim role as Logistics Manager at Philips Innovative Applications from August 2000 to December 2015, Dirk focused on enhancing assembly processes through lean implementations and Kaizen workshops. Earlier experience as an Industrial Engineer at Esselte involved establishing TPM teams and developing new production setups, while positions as a Production Engineer and Industrial & Business Engineer provided expertise in costing structures and efficiency improvements.
