Prescillia Lefebvre

Prescillia Lefebvre has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chargée de Ressources Humaines at Oleon since August 2016. Prior roles include managing HR functions at Sanofi and PROCILIA, where responsibilities encompassed employee support, training management, and organizing professional elections. Additional experience includes positions at Sun Chemical and DSM Composites Resins, focusing on payroll processing and HR assistance. Prescillia completed a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from IGS Paris in 2012 and holds a BTS in Chemistry from Lycée Marie Curie, further enhancing a solid foundation in both HR and technical fields.
