Abraham De La Pena

Lead RMA Test Engineer at OleumTech

Abraham De La Pena has over 10 years of work experience. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as an Information Technology Assistant at DeVry University, where they assisted students and faculty members with technical issues, documented help desk tickets/resolutions, and installed and configured new equipment. From 2009 to present, they have been employed at OleumTech Corporation as a Lead RMA Test Engineer and Test Engineer. In their role as Lead RMA Test Engineer, they supervised the Return Material Authorization Department, presented data during monthly meetings with upper management, and maintained track of the RMA Department's inventory. As a Test Engineer, they tested new hardware, software, and firmware for new and current OleumTech products, assisted and led Test Department projects, and wrote corresponding documentation. Abraham also assisted with the launch of new products by developing test procedures for the manufacturing department to follow during their testing and provided input in the development of product guides.

Abraham De La Pena earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from DeVry University between 2005 and 2008. Abraham then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they completed between 2014 and 2016.
