Courtney Orrell has extensive experience in data and analytics, holding significant leadership roles since joining OLG in July 2018, where the most recent position was Vice President of Data & Analytics until March 2025. Prior to OLG, Courtney served as Director of Digital Product Manager and Director of Digital Analytics. Previous experience includes a tenure at The Nielsen Company, where roles included Business Manager of Marketing Effectiveness and Manager of Trade Analytics, along with a position as Marketing Research Manager at Gildan and Senior Client Analyst at The Nielsen Company. Additionally, Courtney worked as an Analyst at TD Bank Group early in the career. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
