Sharon Doughty, CAIP, currently serves as Senior Customer Insights Manager at OLG since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sharon held several positions at Ipsos from December 2006 to November 2021, culminating in the role of Director (Market Strategy and Understanding), with previous titles including Associate Director (Media and Brand Expression) and Research Manager (Brand & Communications). Earlier experience includes a position as Transportation Policy Analyst with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and a Researcher role at the Centre of Excellence for Children and Adolescents with Special Needs. Sharon Doughty earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master's in Applied Social Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
