Rob Hawthorne

President, OD Construction Division at Olgoonik Corporation

Rob Hawthorne is the current President of the OD Construction Division at Olgoonik Corporation. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at Excede Construction Management from February 2008 to July 2009. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the remodeling and tenant finish projects of Excede Construction Management. This included initial meetings with clients, scope of work and budget creation, proposal presentation, contract and draw schedule agreement, and all aspects of construction project management.

From March 2006 to January 2008, Hawthorne owned and operated Hawthorne Davis Homes. In this role, they were responsible for startup, business planning, sales and marketing, accounting, financial backing, land acquisition, product development, construction management, and purchasing.

Prior to this, Hawthorne served as the Director of Operations at US Home/Lennar from August 1997 to February 2006. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of operations for the company.

Rob Hawthorne has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Rob is a highly experienced and skilled project manager with a proven track record of success in overseeing all aspects of construction projects.

Rob Hawthorne completed a BSBA at the University of Denver in Real Estate and Construction Management. Prior to that, they attended Limon High School.
