Yusuf Jaafer al Tarawneh

Yusuf Jaafer Al Tarawneh is currently a researcher at the Global Alliance of Young Researchers since July 2023. Previously, Yusuf completed a 4-week research opportunity in the Pathology & Laboratory Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, focusing on disease mechanisms and diagnostic tools. An observational visit in Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at Aspetar Hospital was undertaken for two weeks, enhancing skills in diagnosing and managing sports-related injuries. Additionally, Yusuf engaged in two clinical electives at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, one in Diagnostic Radiology and another in General Surgery, where hands-on experience included patient care and participation in surgical procedures. Yusuf is pursuing a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at RAK Medical & Health Sciences University, expected to graduate in August 2025.
