Jingxiang Guo

Jingxiang Guo is a Scientific Software Developer at OLI Systems, Inc. since January 2021, previously serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Houston from January 2016 to January 2021, where efforts included developing an open-source Python software package for molecular model parameterization. Jingxiang also held the position of Teaching Assistant, responsible for preparing homework solutions and grading exams. Prior experience includes an Undergraduate Research Assistant role at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from September 2012 to May 2015, contributing to an honor thesis on the effect of G4S linker on GFP fluorescence in yeast. Jingxiang holds a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
