Hi! I'm Meygan, Ola Hadasha from France. I made Aliya in 2018 and managed to get the job I wanted in one of the top tech companies in Israel, within 90 days and without previous experience in this sector (coming from the cosmetics industry). It was challenging to understand the Israeli job market and break into this striving & attractive world but with the right job search strategy, the goal was reached:) After working 3+ years at Similarweb, with tons of Olim, and seeing how impactful our contribution is for global companies based in Israel, it was important to help fellow Olim make their way into high tech based on my personal success story & experience. Olim Matslihim main goal goes beyond finding the right job in tech, it's also about making sure Olim can stay and be happy in their homeland 🙌🏼💙
