James Qualls serves as the Texas Operations Decommissioning & Demolition Leader at Olin since June 2018, overseeing the safe and cost-effective execution of decommissioning and demolition projects. Prior to this role, James worked as the Contract Administrator for the Olin Freeport site, managing contract activities, modifications, and site work processes. Experience also includes serving as a Maintenance Field Planner/Coordinator, responsible for initial work order screenings and scope identification. Previous positions include Maintenance/Turnaround Planner/Coordinator at Kelly Services, Vibration Analyst at Southern Technical Services, and a U.S. Army member in the 27th Engineer Battalion. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management and multiple diplomas and certifications from Brazosport College in Machine and Millwright Technology.
