Jay Crochet is an accomplished manufacturing director with extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Manufacturing Director for Epoxy at Olin since March 2019. Jay oversees multiple manufacturing sites across North America, specializing in a wide range of epoxy and chemical products. Additionally, Jay holds the position of President of the Board of Directors for the United Way of Brazoria County and serves on the Board of Directors for the Coastal Conservation Association Brazoria County. Previous roles include Production Director and Associate Production Director at Dow Chemical, as well as Improvement Leader and Production Engineer at Union Carbide Chemicals & Plastics Company, Inc. Jay also contributed to education as an adjunct instructor at the College of the Mainland, assisting in the development of a petrochemical operations degree program. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
