The Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility (HR & CSR) team at Olinn plays a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and sustainable workplace, aligning closely with Olinn’s responsible and durable management approach. This team ensures the well-being and professional development of the company's 180 employees, advocating for the 60 team members in situations of handicap. They also implement strategies to promote corporate social responsibility, including environmental sustainability initiatives and communication both internally and externally to enhance the company's social impact across its European operations.
