Xavier Farrés Torrecabota

Xavier Farrés Torrecabota has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Xavier is currently working as the COO at Olistic, where they focus on providing clinically effective solutions for hair growth and hair care. Prior to this, they co-founded DevsHealth, a DeepTech and drug development company, where they utilized artificial intelligence and real-world data to reduce time and risk in drug discovery and development projects. Xavier has also worked as a Startup Mentor at The Collider and a Mentor d'StartUp Acreditat at ACCIÓ, where they provided guidance and support to new entrepreneurs. Additionally, Xavier has served as an Associate Partner - Advisor at BHV Partners, identifying promising healthtech projects and guiding entrepreneurs. Xavier has also worked as a Senior Advisor at FUNDACIÓ PRIVADA DAU, dedicating himself to improving the quality of life and autonomy for individuals with mental health problems. Xavier's earlier experiences include roles such as an Associate Professor at IQS Barcelona, COO at Uriach, General Manager and Production Director at Synthon Hispania, and Head of Production at Aventis.

Xavier Farrés Torrecabota has a diverse education history. In 1995, they completed their PhD in Pharmacy at the Universitat de Barcelona. In 2010, they pursued further education in Management and obtained a PDD degree from IESE Business School. In 2011, they participated in an Executive Education program at Esade. In 2017, they focused on Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching at CRR Global. In 2019, they embarked on a Journey to Business Transformation program at Singularity University & ESADE. Xavier has also obtained additional certifications, including ExO Consultant from OpenExO in 2021 and ExO Foundations from the same institution in 2020.
