Filip Vrnoga

Filip Vrnoga has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the HR and talent management field. Filip started their career as a Human Resource Intern at Fox & Co. Design, where they played a crucial role in building and implementing the HR structure. Filip then joined Target, where they held multiple roles, including Guest Service Team Member, Guest Service Assistant Leader, and Service and Engagement Team Leader. In these positions, they focused on creating a positive guest experience and providing leadership to their team. Filip also worked as a Talent Advisor at Duda, where they provided expertise in talent management.

Filip'sexperience in HR and recruiting continued at Link2USA, where they served as an HR & Recruiting Lead. Filip then joined DataRails as a People & Talent Manager, where they were responsible for the entire HR and recruiting function for the US division. Filip successfully hired over 100 employees, built HR processes and systems from scratch, and designed the benefits plan for US employees. Filip also acted as a coach for managers in addressing employee-related issues.

Filip also served as an Advisory Board Member for Design Thinking at UC Riverside Extension Professional Studies, contributing their expertise to the board.

Filip is currently the Head of People at Oliv AI, where they are responsible for shaping the company's culture, building the team, and driving the vision. Filip defines and implements the HR strategy, focusing on all aspects of People, Talent, and Ops.
