Aine McDonnell

Aine McDonnell has a diverse background in marketing and visual merchandising. Aine is currently the Head of Marketing at Olive, where they are responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to boost awareness and generate demand. Prior to this role, Aine worked as a Marketing and Brand Manager at Olive and as a Visual Merchandising Manager at Saje Natural Wellness.

Before joining Saje, Aine spent several years at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, where they held the position of Visual Merchandiser. In this role, they launched and managed a database of 3D Planograms for 180 stores and improved visual merchandising understanding and execution at the store level. Aine also played a key role in coordinating visual merchandising for brand events, window campaigns, new product launches, and new store openings.

Aine began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Thinkingbox and also worked as a Keyholder at Kiehl's Since 1851. Additionally, they have experience in branding and marketing campaigns through their work with Dublin LGBTQ+ Pride CLG and the Charlie Chaplin Comedy Film Festival.

Aine'sprevious experience includes a sales associate role at LUSH. Aine brings a wealth of expertise in marketing and visual merchandising to their current position at Olive.

Aine McDonnell's education history includes earning a BSc in Multimedia from Dublin City University from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Masters Degree in Professional Design Practice from Technological University Dublin from 2010 to 2011, focusing on Design Management, Practice and Production Technology, as well as Branding and Identity. In 2020, Aine obtained a Certified Digital Marketing Professional certification from the Digital Marketing Institute. Aine further expanded their expertise in the field by obtaining a Certified Search Marketing Professional certification from the same institution in 2023.
