Pranav Sharma

Pranav Sharma is an accomplished culinary professional with significant experience in high-pressure kitchen environments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Olive Bar and Kitchen Private Limited since February 2019, Pranav has progressed through various kitchen roles including Sous Chef and Sr. Chef de Partie. Previously, at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, Pranav held the position of Demi Chef de Partie. Experience also includes roles as Commis Chef at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, Toga Hospitality Group, and The Imperial Hotel, where responsibilities involved managing a la carte and buffet services, assisting in event preparations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Pranav holds a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality from Le Cordon Bleu Australia-Sydney, completed between 2016 and 2018.
