Ally Monaco

Ally Monaco is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Lead at OLIVER Agency since March 2022. Previously, Ally held various roles including Learning and Development Partner and Senior Learning and Development Partner within the same organization. Prior to OLIVER Agency, Ally worked with Clarins Group from October 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included Training Development Manager and Events Team Manager. Earlier experience includes positions as Head of Training and Senior Account Manager at iD Experiential from May 2013 to September 2015. Ally holds a BA Hons degree from Bretton Hall University, attained between 1996 and 1999.
