Emma Knibbs

Emma Knibbs has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Emma most recently worked as a Senior Technology Elearning Manager at OLIVER Agency, where they were responsible for managing eLearning projects. Prior to that, they served as a Learning Designer at Lloyds Banking Group, where they designed learning materials.

From 2020 to 2022, Emma worked as an Instructional Designer at Intrado, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop training materials. Emma also managed the instructional design process for various delivery methods.

Before that, Emma was an ELearning and Moodle Developer at Improve International from 2018 to 2020. In that role, they created distance learning modules and managed the Moodle site.

From 2015 to 2018, Emma worked as a Learning and Development Technologies Advisor at Cotswold Outdoor, where they managed online learning solutions and evaluated their effectiveness.
