Erna Gouws

Erna Gouws currently serves as the Head of Data Analytics & Insights at OLIVER Agency since November 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Management Information Analyst at OLIVER+ from June 2018 to October 2024 and Operations Manager at Wilmar Oils and Fats Africa (Pty) Ltd from April 2005 to April 2015. Erna also has entrepreneurial experience as an Entrepreneur in Residence from 2015 to June 2018, successfully transforming crafting skills into a business venture. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Informatics from the University of Johannesburg, obtained between 2000 and 2004, and Matric from Hoërskool Florida, completed in 1999.
