Jess Nel Wafaquani-Lavill

Jess Nel Wafaquani-Lavill has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a Teaching Assistant at South Downs College. This role was part of their undergraduate study and involved completing a reflective report based on their experience.

In 2020, Jess joined THG Fluently as a Project Management Intern, where they gained practical experience in project management. They later transitioned to the role of Project Executive from October 2020 to June 2021.

In 2021, Jess joined Freedman International as a Transcreation Executive, specializing in transcreation work. They remained in this role until 2022.

Currently, Jess is employed as a Transcreation Manager at OLIVER Agency, where they continue to utilize their expertise in transcreation.

Jess Nel Wafaquani-Lavill has a diverse education history. From 2019 to 2020, they attended the University of Portsmouth and earned a Masters degree in Translation Studies with a specialization in Spanish. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies at the same institution. During their undergraduate studies, in 2018, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Universidad Diego Portales, where they focused on Latin American Literature. In 2017, they also participated in an Erasmus program at Universidad de Granada, specializing in Translation and Interpretation.
