Lydia Bailey

Lydia Bailey has a diverse work experience in the field of advertising and marketing. Lydia is currently working at OLIVER Agency as a Senior Account Manager, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at QuallsBenson Advertising as a Senior Account Manager from April 2021 to September 2021.

Earlier in their career, Lydia worked at Rauxa, where they held the role of Account Manager from September 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they were an Account Coordinator at Rauxa from August 2018 to September 2019.

Lydia also gained valuable experience as an Intern in various roles. Lydia interned at Truth Collective as an Intern- Account Management in June 2017 to August 2017, where they were responsible for conducting market research, preparing client meetings and proposals, and pitching new client ideas. Additionally, they interned at Excellus BCBS as an Intern- Medicare Marketing in June 2016 and as an Intern- Market and Competitive Intelligence in June 2015.

Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Victor Senior High School from 2010 to 2014. Lydia earned a Regents Diploma with Advanced Designation and received honors in Math and Science.
