Rachel Hatton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of strategy and planning. Rachel is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at OLIVER Agency, where they lead the strategy and data teams in building brands through data driven creativity. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategy Partner at Dare, leading digital, brand, and content strategy for various clients. Rachel also founded Hello People, a communications and design company, where they focused on brand definition and communications work for clients including Travelodge and Google. Rachel has also held senior positions at Ogilvy Group UK and BBH London, where they led the strategy departments and played a key role in winning new business and developing strategic initiatives. Rachel started their career at BMP DDB as an Account Planner. Prior to that, they gained experience in audience insight and research at the BBC. Overall, Rachel has a strong background in strategy and planning across multiple industries.

Rachel Hatton attended the University of Cambridge from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences.
