Tom Claridge has a diverse work experience in the field of strategy and marketing. Tom is currently serving as the Head of Strategy at U-Studio in the OLIVER Agency and Unilever since 2021. Prior to this, in 2020, they worked as a Strategy Director at VMLY&R. From 2015 to 2020, Tom held the positions of Board Strategy Director and Strategy Director at AMV BBDO, where they led various global and Africa-specific strategy initiatives. Earlier, from 2012 to 2015, Tom worked as a Strategy Director and Senior Strategist at Fabric Worldwide, focusing on digital marketing and data management. Tom began their career at TBWA London in 2007, initially serving as an Account Executive and later as a Strategist, where they gained experience in brand strategy development, market research, and creative delivery. Throughout their career, Tom has managed strategy teams, led global brands, and worked on notable projects for clients such as Mars, Heineken, Guinness, and Whiskas.

Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, Tom studied at the University of Cambridge. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic.

Additionally, Tom obtained a certification as a Facebook Certified Creative Strategy Professional in August 2020 from Facebook.
