Annalisa Gioia

Annalisa Gioia has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Annalisa started as a work experience intern at Reiss and Karen Millen in 2005, followed by a role as a design assistant at Somi where they specialized in luxury embellishments and prints. Annalisa then worked as a junior designer at Monsoon Accessorize before moving up to a designer role where they managed Fusion and Originals designs. In 2012, they also worked as an established designer at Arcadia Group Ltd. Currently, Annalisa is the Head of Design Fashion at Oliver Bonas, where they oversee the fashion design department, manages the team, and strategizes for designing a multi-product range. Their skills include trend research, color management, sourcing, and developing department structures.
