Lucy Crow is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Store Manager and Dual Site Store Manager at Oliver Bonas since January 2022, Lucy has effectively managed significant challenges, including overseeing a store expansion to 3,300 sqft and handling high-performing locations. Prior to this, Lucy was employed at Phase Eight (Fashion & Designs) Ltd. from April 2017 to January 2022 as a Top 25 Multi-Site Manager, where responsibilities included managing one of the company's top revenue-generating stores and several concessions. Lucy's career began with Jones Bootmaker as a Store Manager from February 2016 to April 2017. Additionally, Lucy has demonstrated leadership in training and recruitment efforts throughout the career.
