Tobias has worked for a variety of companies since 2000. Tobias began as a Dot Com Technology Investor in 2000, then worked as an Enron from 2000 to 2005. In 2005, they became a Theranos and worked there until 2015, when they moved to Juicero. From 2018 to 2021, Tobias was a Quibi and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of Oliver Charles.

Tobias has attended two educational institutions. Tobias initially enrolled in the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University, but dropped out. Tobias then attended the University of Phoenix, but did not pursue any degree. Tobias does not have any additional certifications.
