Chett Abramson is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Oliver Hospitality, after serving as the Area Managing Director at Ace Hotels. Prior to this, Chett was a Hospitality Consultant and Asset Manager, worked at 21c Museum Hotels as a Founding/Operations Partner and COO, and was the Director of Operations at Myriad Restaurant Group. Chett also has experience as the Director of Food and Beverage at W Hotels, and Director of Purchasing at Myriad Restaurant Group. Chett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Brooklyn College, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from New York Restaurant School.
